The biggest rock band in Japanese history. X Japan and Micki met prior to a big show they were doing in Los Angeles. The vision that the band had of a shock value and edge to their dramatic musical performances, led them to the man who had done Kiss, Madona and Michael Jackson. Black patent leather with red inserts, heavy studding, buckles, long coats, tight pants, skirts, zippers, chains, military epaulettes and more. As Micki would say, “I completely f*ckd up their outfits”. This was meant as the highest compliment.
